BARBOS SQUARE UP AGAINST BOULDER AS THE SEASON HANGS IN THE BALANCE
Your men in Green & White take on Boulder RFC on Saturday October 29th. The 1pm Kick Off will take place at Pleasant View Fields Sports Complex. The team is looking to bounce back from a home loss against Park City Haggis, and the coaching staff has named a strong side.

The forwards are bolstered by the return of two key pieces. Luca Tani returns from injury, and Joe Goldbloom (aka Denver’s Prodigal Son) returns from a stint with the NOLA Gold academy to sure up the pack at lock. Goldbloom spent this summer prepping for his selection for the USA Maccabi team by running with the Barbo 7’s program. His return to XV’s has the BarboFam frothing for some bone crunching hits, strong gainline running & most importantly some light hearted laughs.
The team will sadly see off Barbo legend Jason “Tubbs” Christensen in his final game for the club (for now). He’ll return to Michigan after spending 6 great years in Denver. As his teammates will attest, there were few players that ran as hard and as straight as Tubbs. A hard man on the pitch, and a soft cuddly bear off, he’ll look to put a stamp on his Green & White legacy with a big game against Boulder.
