BARBOS WIN 2019 CHALLENGE CUP

The Denver Barbarians, undefeated through the 2018/2019 season, won the Rocky Mountain Rugby Men’s Challenge League championship on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Flanagan Park in Colorado Springs.

The Barbos had to win two contests to take home the trophy. The day began with a win (30-3) over the Colorado Springs Grizzlies.

With only 10 minutes between matches, the Barbos took to the pitch again and defeated the Northside Marauders (57 - 35) winning the championship.

The Barbos were coached by Brendan Shea, Soane Leger and Danny Bell.
